  • To ascertain if the vendor can carry out the required service or product and if it has the capacity for electronic invoicing in accordance with the standards set forth by the law.
  • To appropriately manage the credit limit extended to us by the vendor.

Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following purposes that are not necessary for the requested service but which allow us to provide you better service:

What types of personal information is used for these purposes?

To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal information:


Clients - Individuals

  • RFC Registration (Form R1).
  • Official Identification (IFE or passport).
  • RFC (Tax Identification Card).
  • Proof of residence.
  • Financial statements from the year prior to the registration date (in cases in which the client requests credit).
  • Financial information available as of the end of the last month of the current year.
  • Conditions of Sale and Delivery with the date and the name and signature of the person who has accepted the terms.
  • Payment method.
  • Payment account.


Vendors - Individuals

  • Legible copy of the vendor’s bank account statement, including partnership name and CLABE bank code, as indicated on the LANXESS S.A. de C.V. national vendor registration agreement.
  •  Legible copy of the RFC or CURP, for individuals or legal entities.
  •  Proof of residence dated within the past three months (water, electricity, or phone bill).


How can I access, correct or void my personal information or object to its use?

You have the right to find out what personal information we have about you, why we use this information, and the conditions governing its use (Access). Likewise, you have the right to ask us to correct your personal information if it is out of date, incorrect, or incomplete (Rectification); to remove it from our records or databases when you believe that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations required by law (Cancellation); as well as to object to the use of your personal information for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.
